Is this really lifetime — no recurring charges?
Yes. You pay AppSumo once. There is no monthly bill on DebtPilot AI for an active tier.
Can I transfer a code to a different account?
No. Once a code is redeemed, it's permanently bound to that workspace. Pick the account you want before redeeming.
What's the refund window?
AppSumo's standard 60-day refund policy applies. Inside that window we can process refunds; afterwards admins can still override on a case-by-case basis.
Do future features require an upgrade?
Tier 3 covers everything we ship now and is our highest tier. New core features (AI skills, calculators, dashboards) are included in every active tier.
What happens if AppSumo refunds my code?
Your tier recomputes from the number of remaining active codes. You don't lose data — it stays accessible at whatever tier the remaining codes unlock.
I bought codes but already have a paid subscription. What now?
Redeem the codes anyway — AppSumo lifetime takes precedence over the paid plan, and you can cancel your paid subscription in the Stripe customer portal.
