2. The Service

DebtPilot AI is an educational and planning tool for organizing debts, modeling payoff strategies, comparing consolidation options, and tracking progress. It is not a lender, broker, debt-settlement company, credit-repair organization, or financial advisor.

3. No financial, legal, tax, or bankruptcy advice

Content and outputs from DebtPilot AI are educational only. Consult qualified professionals for legal, tax, bankruptcy, or regulated financial advice.

4. No guarantees

We do not guarantee debt reduction, loan approval, creditor participation, or credit score improvement.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us of any unauthorized use.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to violate laws, infringe rights, or attempt to access other tenants' data.

7. Payments

Paid plans bill via Stripe. Cancel any time; access ends at the period's close.

8. Termination

We may suspend or end access for material breach. You can delete your account from settings at any time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DebtPilot AI is provided "as is" without warranties.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; we'll notify users of material changes.
